If you see a difference in the reports, contact us via the feedback form and indicate:
- VIN # report purchased from us,
- A link to the original report,
- Submit request
After reviewing your request, we will decide to return your payment!
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- The report was not executed.
- The report is not more than 30 days from the date of payment.
- The report does not match the original. (except for Auction History report)
